What is the shelf life of your roasted coffee beans?
Our coffee beans are best enjoyed within 4 to 6 weeks of the roast date. To maintain peak freshness, store them in a cool, dark place in an airtight container.
How long does shipping take for online orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Can I return coffee products if I am not satisfied?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or quality, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Does Ellianos offer ground coffee or only whole bean?
We offer both! You can select your preferred grind size—from coarse for French Press to fine for Espresso—on the product page before adding it to your cart.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
